I've got an idea for a new product; can your Research and Development Lab formulate my product idea and how long does it take?
Let us know if you have a new product concept and we will be happy to advise you on the appropriate steps. Our core competency is our ability to custom formulate creams, lotions, ointments and liquids. We understand the intricacies of every formulation project and thoroughly evaluate each project in detail to meet project objectives and maximize customer satisfaction. The ‘formulation- to-sample’ process, ending with product approval, generally takes from 3 to 8 weeks and is dependent on the complexity of the formulation and the availability of required raw materials.
What’s the turn-around time once I approve a sample and place my order?
Standard production for most orders is 6 to 8 weeks.
Do you have confidentiality agreements with your customers?
Yes, confidentiality agreements are part of our standard operating procedures.
How do you ensure product safety and quality?
We maintain a staff of experienced quality control and assurance professionals who:
- Test, quarantine and release incoming raw materials
- Perform stability, micro biologic analysis and other required tests on new products
- Monitor weighing, write and control batch records and monitor cleaning validation
- Monitor the production process and facility and equipment performance
- Test and authorize release of finished products
